Responsibilities:
Work with delightful and easy to please customers – Canadians!

  • Provide customers with details on product and pricing inquiries via online chat
  • Provide effective pre-sales and post-sales customer support in a professional and competent manner
  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty
  • Navigate user-friendly work tools to track calls, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries
  • Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market
  • Document customer concerns and review accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task simultaneously: Available to work the following timeslots: 7 days a week 8PM-12PM mnl

Qualifications:
Here’s what you’ll need: (Skills/Basic requirements)
  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills
  • General PC knowledge
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field
  • Sales and telco experience, preferably, but not required
