In this role you have a unique opportunity to lead the Regional Cold Chain Storage strategy to achieve growth ambition and to drive CCL growth across Cold Storage. You will be fully accountable for PnL and operations.As Regional Product Manager Cold Storage, you will be responsible for all cold storage sites (own operations and outsourced) in the Region including strategic development.Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy Define CCL strategy for Region as cascade of Global CCL Strategy, implement and execute Region CCL strategy with the AreasProvide input to cold store target footprint and identify opportunitiesIdentify product priorities for integrated CC solutions and requirements, partner with global team to develop suitable product offeringBusiness DevelopmentDrive product development projects in the regionSolution engineering and implementation support to Global CCL teamSupport with product expertise and solution-selling in sales calls, Pricing in line with global guidelinesAchieve growth targets with agreed product mixCollaborate with Sales on all Business Development responsibilitiesP&LFor all CCL business: Pricing in line with global guidelines, cost management for executionFor cold stores: Customer management (new/existing), contract management, site performance (cost/utilization), continuous improvement & optimization of assetsOperational excellenceImplementation of global best practice and operating guidelines, drive continuous improvementDrive HSSE adherence, compliance & regulatory adherence in CCL sitesEnsure sites are operating basis security / IT standardsGeneral mngDevelop strong product team, talent pipeline, capability buildingStrong community and collaboration to all relevant Area functions and other productsWe are looking for: Cold chain and/or experienceAbilit to identify, develop new business and drive resultsStrong financial and business acumenKnowledge of the local marketCustomer-centric and strong understanding of needs and pain pointsSelf directed / entrepreneurialStakeholder mng & collaboration in a matrix organizationStrong dealing with customersIn Areas with own operations: Operational excellenceWritten and oral English proficiency required
