Sales Supervisor - HealthTech [Indonesia]


 

About the Company:

Our client is a fast growing regional B2B HealthTech company with innovative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build the strongest performing pharmacy sales team in the industry across areas and lead them to success
  • Closing Key Accounts in respective areas
  • Provide strategic input to the Management with a view on the short, medium, and long-term growth of the company
  • Develop clear strategies and tactics to grow the business and market share across areas
  • Monitor and implement sales management best practices, develop SOPs, and continuously improve the processes
  • Manage, coach, and empower a team of field representatives through regular meetings, structured feedback, and training to enforce discipline and adherence to SOPs.
  • Track sales team KPIs, report data to leadership on a regular basis and make team decisions.
  • Accurately forecast metrics, set ambitious goals, smash them and exceed quotas.
Job Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Consumer Health or FMCG background with experience managing a national field force to sell a wide range of SKUs
  • Have relevant direct B2B sales experience with a clear track record of high sales performance and building teams
  • Have at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience with structuring and selling trade agreements to clients (Pharmacy experience is a major plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in leading projects and evaluating results
  • Have excellent coaching skills, able to observe, evaluate and provide constructive feedback
