Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Handling inbound calls, emails and WhatsApp pertaining to the customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company products.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Maintains customer records by updating account information including customer interactions, transactions comments and complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Provide accurate, valis and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Completing customer survey to obtain information about potential customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationship of trust through open the interactive communication
- Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
· Pro-active and self-motivated mind set.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
